I typically ship your order within 1-3 business days.

I want my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you don’t love your items, please contact me at purplephoenixjewelry@gmail.com with 3 days of receiving your item. Customer must ship items back, within 7 days receiving them. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as any damage that may happen during return shipment. I recommend shipping items in padded envelopes or boxes. Once item is received, I can issue refund.

No jewelry is indestructible. Please be mindful when wearing it. Do not shower with it on and be careful around animals or anything you may catch your pieces on. Please reach out with any issues and we can discuss from there any options we have to repairing it.

If your items are delivered damaged due to postal services, please send me pictures of packaging and items within 24hours.

You can cleanse your jewelry using incense, palo santo, or sage. Charging can be done in full moon light, selenite pad or wand, or sunshine. Some crystals will fade in the sunshine, so please check into what stones your using and how your cleansing and charging them.
