My journey of becoming a Reiki Practioner began in 2020, when we all were wondering what to do the raise the vibration of the crazy world around us. Reiki and energy work have been a huge part of my personal healing journey, and I am grateful and excited to bring it to others.

Reiki is an ancient technique that has proven helpful for relaxation and stress reduction and has shown to be helpful in mental and physical health. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy where a certified Reiki practitioner uses gentle touch or placing hands near the body to help energy move and flow. It has grown in popularity over the last few years and can even be found within some hospitals to aid patients in conjunction with more conventional medical treatments.

I will be offering mini Reiki sessions in the Oracle Room at Crystal Wand Creations from time to time, including Saturday, November 16th. Please refer to my Facebook page for more events.
